What is the only country in the world that spans all four hemispheres — northern, southern, eastern, and western?

Kiribati has islands on both sides of the equator and the 180th meridian. That puts parts of the country in the Northern, Southern, Eastern, and Western Hemispheres. The International Date Line bends around the islands; it is not the boundary used to define the Eastern and Western Hemispheres.
